CAROL ANN JUSTICE

Carol Ann Justice began working at Arnold, Matheny, and Egan, P.A. (AM & E). in 1996. She is involved in all aspects of litigation, guardianship and probate administrations, estate planning, and initial processing of real estate closing files. Carol Ann is a Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP) with the Florida Bar, a Certified Paralegal (CP) with the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA), and a Florida Certified Paralegal (FCP) with the Paralegal Association of Florida. She is a member of NALA and an affiliate member of the Orange County Bar Association (OCBA) and Florida Bar.

KRISTA KELLY

Krista Kelly received her AS in Paralegal Studies from Santa Fe Community College in 1985, and she began working at AM & E the same year. She was on the Dean’s List and graduated from the University of Central Florida (UCF) in 1987 with a BA in Legal Studies. At AM & E, she is involved in all aspects of commercial and residential real property transaction from contract to post-closing, including drafting of documents, title searches and exams, preparation of title policies, estoppels, client management, survey review, HUD preparation, and post-closing matters. She also manages a high volume of refinances and short sales. Krista is a FRP with the Florida Bar, a CP with NALA, and a FCP with the Paralegal Association of Florida. She is a member of NALA and is an affiliate member of the OCBA and Florida Bar.
